Before You Call, Have This Ready
Two things speed everything up: roughly when the chimney was last swept or looked at, and what you are actually seeing, in your own words. A photo helps more than a description. One of the firebox from straight on, and one of the chimney from the yard, is usually enough for us to tell you on the phone whether it sounds like a sweep, an inspection, or a repair visit.
Calls to (469) 333-3312 are answered during working hours, Monday through Saturday. Form messages get a call back the same working day. If we miss you, leave the city name in the message so the right day-route calls you back.
Talk To Someone Who Will Look At Your Chimney First
Call, or send the form and we will call you back. Either way you get a person who has been on a roof, anywhere in Dallas-Fort Worth.
CAMERA INSPECTION
We look before we quote, every time
PHOTOS OF EVERY FINDING
No photo, no claim
MASONRY AND VENTING ONLY
Gas lines go to a gas fitter and we say so
SAME-DAY REPORT
In your inbox before we finish the day
Tell us what you are seeing or hearing. That one sentence usually tells us more than a form full of boxes.
We will tell you what it normally means, what looking at it involves, and whether it is something that can wait.
YOU SEE WHAT WE SEE
You cannot see your own chimney. That is the whole problem with this trade, and it is why people feel talked into things.
Every visit ends with photographs of what we found, walked through with you before anything is quoted. If the pictures show nothing wrong, that is the report you get.
- Camera up the flue, not a guess from the hearth
- Every finding photographed before it is quoted
- The same spots photographed again after the work
- Written report in your inbox the same day
What Helps Us Help You
None of this is required. It just means we arrive knowing what we are walking into.
- What you noticed, and when it started
- Whether it happens only when it rains, only when there is a fire, or all the time
- Roughly how old the house is
- Whether the fireplace burns wood or is a gas unit
- Whether anyone has worked on the chimney before
- A photo from the ground if you have one
What Happens After You Call
No queue, no dispatcher, no all-day window.
- We talk through what you are seeing and give you an honest read on the phone
- If it needs a visit, we agree a specific arrival time
- We inspect and photograph everything, including what you cannot reach
- You see the photos and get the explanation before any number is discussed
- You decide. Nothing happens that you did not agree to
Not Sure Which Service You Need?
Describe what you are seeing and we will tell you which visit it is.
Where We Work
We serve the Dallas-Fort Worth metro. We come to you, so there is no shop to visit and no counter to walk up to.
If you are not sure whether your area is covered, ask. A straight no on the phone is better for both of us than a wasted afternoon.
If It Is An Emergency
If you have an active chimney fire, or a carbon monoxide alarm is sounding, get everyone out of the house and call the fire department first. Call us afterwards.
Tell Us What You Are Seeing
One sentence is enough to start. We will take it from there.
COMMON QUESTIONS
No. We are a service business that comes to your house, so everything happens at the property.
Same day during working hours. If you send the form in the evening you will hear from us the next morning.
We can tell you what a job like yours normally involves. A real number comes after we have looked and after you have seen the photographs, because chimneys vary far more than people expect.
The Dallas-Fort Worth metro. Call and ask about your specific area and we will give you a straight answer.
REQUEST A CALL BACK
A person calls you back about your chimney, not a dispatcher.
